In the hall of mirrors
I lined up my dreams of peace
Infinity inched closer
I could touch it, it seemed
It lured me into imagining
Illusions were my only reality
I walked willingly into my wishful vortex
In a stoned haze of stupidity

Sometimes there are worse things than living in an illusion.

I often wish that substances were still an option. Reality bites.

You know, at a certain point, one gets tired of complimenting your beautiful poetry, Sangeetha – but I’m not there yet!

I love this, Sangeetha: reminds me of an experience I had seeing an infinity mirror exhibit in a museum as a child. Mind-blowing!
