How she glowers, my only desire
With blind rage, my sweet blonde seethes
I’m on my knees with plaintive pleas
Dark wicked tales spread by that liar
has pierced her faith with jealous fire
She clings to untruths he’s revealed
My hope is somewhere far off-field
Like running water, she passed me by
Her absence, my empty left side
My fate without her, how easily sealed

Nice! You nailed the pattern and the tempo. I still don’t always get that last part. Awesome. I hope you keep trying the prompts out.
